Terms of Service
Commission
- I accept USD.
- Commissions for personal use. Inquire about commercial use prices.
- Payment must be given within 48 hours after I approve the order.
USD payments will be through Stripe, PayPal, Kofi, or CashApp.

- A full refund is only possible before the refined sketch stage. A partial refund will depend on the stage the commission is at.
- No refunds will be given past the shading/refining stage.
- Any large edits requested after completion can add extra cost unless it was something evident in the reference that I missed.
- Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.
- My art and designs may not be used for AI generation or NFT purposes.
- If you would like your commission to be private, this must be stated during ordering. An NDA fee may apply.
- I retain the copyright of the art and can use it for portfolio or commission example purposes.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission without stating the reason.
- Even if something may not be written here, it does not mean it is without jurisdiction. I have the ability to decide on a case-to-case basis for matters not explicitly stated within my TOS.By purchasing my services, you agree to the terms above.
Design TOS
- Designs are for personal use. Inquire about commercial use prices.
- I retain ownership of my designs and the art I produced. I do not own your character.
- My designs may not be used in or in association to AI generation or NFT purposes.
- My designs may not be used in association or to promote hateful or discriminatory rhetoric. This will result in an immediate blacklist.- It is expected that upon being notified of winning one of my designs, the winner contacts me within 24 hours. Otherwise, the design will go back on offer.
- Monetary payment is due in 48 hours unless negotiated otherwise.
- Bid deletions and backouts will result in a blacklist
If payment cannot be fulfilled in case of a personal emergency, please contact me.- Adopts and designs may not be resold for a higher price unless commissioned art is included OR you request a price appraisal for additional (non-monetary) personal art. Gift art is inapplicable.
- If my design is obtained through non-monetary means, its value will start at $0.
- If obtained as a gift, it is not tradeable unless additional art is added.
- After being obtained, my designs have a cooldown of 2 weeks in which they cannot be resold/traded/gifted.- Design changes are permitted as long as the original reference is untouched. Please keep the design recognizable to the original.
- I permit my designs to be turned into other species or closed species. However, these AUs cannot be separated from the original design and must be sold/traded/gifted together.- Do not delete the character profiles of designs I made. Toyhouse serves as a method for me to track where they are!
